You’ll join a management team focused on fresh Pho offerings, team leadership, and delivering excellent hospitality. Training, strong benefits, and growth opportunities come with the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Supervisor or Team Leading experience in a bar or restaurant.
• You bring genuine hospitality to every guest and lead by example.
• A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, especially during peak times, by maintaining service standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members and uphold Pho policies.
• Support operations to run smoothly and safely throughout the restaurant.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years' Supervisor or Team Leading experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• You go above and beyond to bring that genuine vibe and true hospitality to every guest!
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you'll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A proper team player who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
