Job summary

Holland & Barrett on Strand Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, is seeking a Supervisor for 20 hours per week. You will support the Store Manager, lead by example, coach colleagues and ensure customers receive trusted health and wellness guidance while driving store performance.

The role focuses on team development, stock availability, merchandising and compliant, safe operations. You’ll complete our Qualified to Advise training and help create an inclusive store environment with excellent customer

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness and curiosity to develop product knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
