Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor for our store in Northern Ireland. This part-time role (17 hours per week) offers £14.00 per hour and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Store Manager and developing the team.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, complete Qualified to Advise training and ensure strong store operations, stock, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing product knowledge.
