Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Ripon is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This permanent role is 20 hours per week at £14.00 per hour.

You will coach colleagues, support the Store Manager, drive sales, stock, merchandising, and ensure safe, compliant store operations. Experience in retail or customer service and strong communication are valued.

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
