Job summary

Holland & Barrett in London’s Surrey Quays area is seeking a part-time Supervisor for a 5-month fixed-term contract, 20 hours per week. You will lead store operations, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent customer experiences while delivering health and wellness guidance.

You’ll support with sales, stock, merchandising and compliance, while maintaining a positive, inclusive store environment. Prior retail/customer service experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
