Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store in Wood Green. This permanent role is 15 hours per week with a £15.09 hourly rate. You will coach staff, deliver excellent customer experiences and support the Store Manager to achieve store goals.

You'll complete Qualified to Advise training to guide customers on health products, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain safe, compliant store operations. Includes rich wellbeing benefits and staff discounts.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
