Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Teignmouth is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example and support the team in delivering an exceptional store experience. This permanent role is 18 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.

You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, and compliance while fostering an inclusive, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
