Heart of England Co-operative Society is seeking a Supervisor to join Bewiched Coffee in Coventry. You will oversee daily shifts, mentor baristas, and ensure a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

The role requires passion for coffee, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends. Training and development opportunities are offered as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items.

• Support the Shop Manager and contribute to sales goals and store profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and provide friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items.
• Ensure a clean and organised workspace.
