Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society is opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee shop in Hinckley this November, and we’re seeking an inspiring Supervisor to help launch and lead our team from day one. You’ll shape the culture, set standards and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll oversee shifts, coach baristas, drive sales and profitability, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture while ensuring excellent customer experiences for every

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in coffee shop, retail or hospitality is desirable.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts and lead the team.
• Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues to deliver the Bewiched experience.
• Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and food.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community; maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Keep the shop clean, organized and well-stocked; support stock control and waste management.
• Assist the Shop Manager with administration, reporting and sales growth.

We’re bringing Bewiched Coffee to Hinckley this November – and we’re looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team.

Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening abrand-newBewiched CoffeeShop this November.Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community. As Supervisor, you’ll help shape the culture, set the standards and support the team from day one.If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading people to deliver brilliant customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity. Roles are on a permanent part-time basis.

What you’ll be doing

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.

Lead from the front

• Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts

• Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues

• Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement

Deliver an exceptional coffee shop experience

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and food

• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community

• Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards

Keep the shop running smoothly

• Ensure a clean, organised and well-stocked store

• Support stock control, ordering and waste management

• Ensure policies, procedures and food safety standards are followed

Support business performance

• Assist the Shop Manager with administration and reporting

• Help drive sales and contribute to store profitability

• Play an active role in building a positive, high-performing team culture
