The Fellow, a premium North London pub near King’s Cross, invites a results-driven Supervisor to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences across three floors, lead shifts safely, and act as a key holder.

You will train staff, build rapport with guests, and grow with us through ongoing development and a clear career pathway.

Nestled around the corner from King’s Cross and St Pancras train stations, The Fellow is everyone’s favourite North London hangout. There are three floors to enjoy! From the pub on the ground floor with its own Platform 9 & 3/4, to our cocktail bar and heated roof terrace on the first floor. Whipping up delicious seasonal menus, including the best Sunday roasts in King’s Cross, and serving the best craft beers and cocktails!

With an ever-changing seasonal, British menu, thirst-quenching craft beers and moreish cocktails we celebrate everything that is great about hospitality in our wonderful premium pub.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
