Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help steer a busy pub, stepping up when the General Manager is away. You will lead from the front, motivate your team, and create memorable guest experiences that drive repeat visits.

This role offers progression into a General Manager role, with a supportive Aspire programme and flexible, family-friendly hours where available. A strong emphasis on people leadership and guest service is key.

Formación

• Experience leading a pub or branded hospitality team is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
