The Bull Bracknell is hiring a Supervisor for our busy pub. You will lead shifts, train staff, and deliver exceptional service to customers while upholding brand standards.

As a key holder you will ensure safety and operation of the pub, with ongoing development opportunities within Young's Pubs' family of venues.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of wines beneficial.
• Basic beers/spirits knowledge expected.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
