Supervising Family Solicitor

Central London – £50,000 - £65,000

An opportunity has arisen for highly experienced Family Solicitors to join a well-established firm in London. My client is seeking Supervising Solicitors who hold accreditation in either the Children Panel or Family Panel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of legal professionals.
  2. Manage your own caseload successfully.
  3. Develop and assess team competence, addressing training needs.
  4. Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court.
  5. Instruct counsel, agents, and experts as required.
  6. Ensure prompt compliance with court orders.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  2. Accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Law or Family Law scheme.
  3. Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
  4. Proven track record in managing caseloads within Public/Legal aid Children and Family Matters.
  5. Self-motivated, clear thinker, and adept at accurate casework.
  6. Ambitious and dedicated to personal growth and development.
