We're working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded national conveyancing provider that is currently recruiting for an experienced Remote Residential Conveyancer. Whether qualified or unqualified, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse caseload from home, supported by a high-performing and collaborative team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will take full ownership of your own caseload of residential property matters, handling files from instruction through to completion. You’ll benefit from the freedom of remote working combined with industry-leading incentives and a progressive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership properties
• Handle all legal aspects from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain high levels of client care and compliance
• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
