About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for a locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a variety of large projects
2. Progressing the acquisition of new school sites
3. Academy Conversions
4. Dealing with complex legal matters
5. Instructing external legal advisors
6. Liaising with external consultants

Desirable Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience of dealing with school sites and academisation is desirable but not essential
• Must have experience in regeneration and development
• Must have experience in landlord and tenant cases
