Job summary

RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Patrol to provide expert roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, deliver quick solutions and assist members with confidence during peak demand periods.

This role offers flexible shift patterns including days, evenings and weekends, with training and a clear development pathway, plus IMI accreditation opportunities to advance your technical career within RAC.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults, solve problems and provide quick, confident solutions for members.
• Work independently with varying locations and shifts to meet member demand.
