Job summary

Mind Retail is seeking a Sunday Supervisor for our network of Mind shops across England and Wales. You will support the Shop Manager to maximise profits and raise funds through preloved item sales, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining shop standards.

You will lead and support volunteers in the Shop Manager's absence, planning workloads and driving positive change in a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects Mind's values and behaviours.
