Job summary

Mind Retail operates a network of almost 200 shops across England and Wales, raising funds for mental health services. We seek a Shop Manager to own the shop’s performance, lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will have opportunities to develop with support and training in a welcoming, supportive environment that values safeguarding, inclusion and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail manager, or a similar management role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Plan and prioritise workload, and the workload of their team.
• Commercial awareness.
• Strong customer focus.
• Demonstrates our values and behaviours, which are at the core of all we do.
