Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the shop on Sundays and take keyholder responsibility (training provided).
• Support a diverse team of volunteers and help achieve sales and fundraising targets.
• Review and process donated goods and new stock.
• Generate ideas to create new income with guidance from the Shop Manager.
• Use customer service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.
• Carry out the day-to-day duties which include some manual handling and physical activity.
