Job summary

Alpadia Language Schools is seeking motivated individuals to join our Summer 2027 team in London. The role focuses on safeguarding, planning, and delivering a high-quality activity programme while managing staff and ensuring safety and engagement for young students.

You will lead and support Activity Leaders, coordinate excursions, manage sign-ups, and contribute to the overall positive experience for international students. Residential on-site accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or coordinating activities in summer camp or youth programmes.
• Experience supervising Activity Leaders or staff teams.
• Ability to plan, organise, and deliver engaging activity programmes.
• Experience ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle logistics and last-minute changes.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent education/experience.
• Energetic, proactive and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of students in our care.
• Prepare and deliver afternoon and Premium activities with thoughtful staging.
• Ensure session plans and risk assessments for activities.
• Lead daily meetings with the activity team and delegate sessions.
• Oversee excursions with proper packs containing lists, itineraries, and risk assessments.
• Create and display student lists for excursions and activities.
• Assist in attendance tracking and sign-ups for weekly activities.
• Contribute to staff training and induction of new team members.
