Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited is seeking a Team Leader within the Grid Technologies Substations division in the UK. You will mentor a dedicated group of project professionals delivering substations for key clients across the UK and Ireland, interfacing with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are successful.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects in energy, power transmission, or substations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project professionals, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end substation projects ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Implement project governance including scheduling, risk management and change control.
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to protect margins.
