Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead GIS-based substation upgrades across the UK and Ireland. You’ll drive the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, coordinating with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne or Leeds, you’ll champion HSE standards, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project or site management within high-voltage substations.
• Expertise in GIS installation, commissioning, or service projects.
• PMP certification and a UK Site Safety Qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Strong skills in project management, risk management, and HSE management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full lifecycle of GIS projects, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget objectives are met.
• Coordinate and control site activities, managing changes and ensuring quality standards.
• Direct multi-disciplinary site teams, championing HSE standards and Zero Harm culture.
• Act as primary on-site contact, resolving issues and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
• Manage technical interfaces and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
