Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting for a Site Based Substation Construction Manager in the Middlesborough area. You will lead site teams, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating with authorities and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

The role requires proven project delivery experience, strong leadership, and a background in electrical or civil engineering.
