Subsidy Control/Grant Funding Lawyer (4+ Years Experience) - Competitive Salary

This market-leading firm is expanding its subsidy control, competition, and procurement team. You will be advising on subsidy control law and reviewing and preparing grant agreements for a range of public bodies, including local authorities and central government clients. Clients come from diverse sectors such as housing, building and regeneration, energy, outsourcing, public infrastructure, education and research, leisure services, and health. The team also provides advice on public procurement and competition law, so experience in these areas would be advantageous. Essential experience includes knowledge of State aid and the ability to advise on and draft grant funding agreements.
