Job Description:

Crone Corkill are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

Key features of the role:

• The role is 100% flexible, home or office based.
• Full-time would be preferred, but the firm will consider four days per week (Monday to Thursday).

Responsibilities:

• Act on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing both individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment law issues.
• Build strong and lasting client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
• Possess a background in employment law, litigation, or a combination thereof.
• Handle a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
• The firm supports your professional development and career growth.
