Subsidy Control/Grant Funding Lawyer 4+ to £££

This market-leading firm is expanding its subsidy control, competition, and procurement team. You will advise on subsidy control law and review and prepare grant agreements for a range of public bodies, including local authorities and central government clients. Clients come from sectors such as housing, building and regeneration, energy, outsourcing, public infrastructure, education and research, leisure services, and health. The team also provides advice on public procurement and competition law; experience in these areas would be beneficial. Additionally, experience with State aid and drafting grant funding agreements is essential.
