Interim Legal Counsel – PE-Backed Powerhouse gearing up

The Opportunity

This 10–12 month interim role offers exposure to a wide variety of top-tier legal work. You’ll support three well-known consumer-tech brands in the property, data and digital space, getting involved in:

• Commercial contracts
• IP & tech agreements
• Disputes & litigation (all handled in-house!)
• M&A and exit readiness
• Strategic partnerships

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, advising across the business during one of the most exciting and pivotal phases in its lifecycle.

• A motivated, self-starting Legal Counsel with approximately 2+ years’ PQE
• You might be in private practice and keen to make your first move in-house
• Background in corporate, commercial, litigation or tech from a strong firm
• Experience in consumer, software, or tech-focused industries is a plus
• Confident juggling varied work and stepping into a strategic business partner role
• Able to work independently and at pace – this is PE-backed, so things move fast!
• Work remotely from anywhere in the UK or from a vibrant London HQ
