Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Exeter is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civils infrastructure project.

You will work with the Site Agent to manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, plan works, and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sub Agent/Section Engineer/Site Engineer in civil infrastructure.
• Strong planning, sequencing and site delivery knowledge.
• SMSTS and site safety qualifications; CSCS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Agent with management of site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams; coordinate activities.
• Plan works in line with the project programme and RAMS/drawings.
• Monitor progress and report against the programme; maintain safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Assist with site records, inspections and quality documentation.
