The successful candidate will have prior Sub Agent experience in highways or civil engineering, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with site teams to maintain safety and quality standards. Immediate start available.

• Previous Sub Agent experience in highways or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and project delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Availability to start on Monday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.
• Support the delivery of works in line with project programmes and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and resources.
• Monitor progress and help ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality on site.
• Liaise with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of the scheme.
