Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Sub Agent for Civils Infrastructure based in Derby. You will support the Site Agent, supervise subcontractors and coordinate site operations to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in civil projects, a relevant qualification, and a proactive team player mindset. Opportunities exist on major civils, utilities and infrastructure schemes with potential permanent or freelance arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience as Sub Agent, Section Engineer or Site Engineer in civil infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage site operations and deliver to programme.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

Support the Site Agent with management of site operations.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
Plan and sequence works to the project programme.
Ensure works follow RAMS, drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress and report against programme.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
Assist with site records, inspections and quality documentation.
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve construction issues.
Assist Site Agent with planning, coordination and project delivery.
