Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our Bedfordshire-based team on a major civil engineering project. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, supervise subcontractors, and help deliver complex works on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid civil engineering background, and a good grasp of construction methods. You will support planning, reporting, and resource management while ensuring safety and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sub Agent or in a similar civil engineering role.
• Strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate teams and drive progress.

Responsibilities
