Job summary

Phase Eight is seeking a Style Advisor to greet customers, offer tailored fashion guidance and help build outfits for every occasion. You will stay up to date with the latest styles and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, contributing to a great shopping experience.

You will develop deep product knowledge, answer customer questions with ease and assist in stock control and day-to-day store operations to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail preferred.
• Ability to build outfits and advise on styling.
• Strong communication and a positive, proactive approach.

• + Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
