Job summary

Phase Eight in Cambridge is seeking a Style Advisor to welcome customers, offer tailored fashion advice, and help build outfits for every occasion on the shop floor.

You will develop product knowledge, handle transactions with care, and support daily store operations. The role is permanent, 16 hours per week, with benefits and a clothing allowance.

Qualifications

Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role, flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.
Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment
Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experience to our customers, taking pride in all that you do.
