Job summary

Phase Eight in Belfast is seeking a confident Style Advisor to join our retail team on a temporary basis. You will greet customers, build outfits and provide tailored fashion advice, while staying up to date with the latest styles.

You will develop product knowledge, answer questions, and support store operations including stock control and transactions. The role offers 8 hours per week with a competitive benefits package and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-focused role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage shoppers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and build outfits for customers.
