Job summary

The Leys College is seeking a Study Mentor to support students in developing employability and academic skills, enabling progression to higher education or employment.

The role is permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week) during term-time (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays). You will provide individualised coaching in 1:1, small group settings and classroom support, contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

• Coaching and support to learners to develop employability and academic skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and provide tailored support.
• Adaptability to work across different learning environments (1:1, small groups, classroom).
