Activate Learning are recruiting for a Study Mentor to join our team at The Leys College. We are looking for a creative individual who acts as a strong role model and who possess a genuine desire to work with and change the lives of young people. The purpose of the role is to work with students and assist them in developing their employability and academic skills to ensure that they progress into further or higher education, or into employment.

We are seeking like-minded individuals who have a positive attitude and would contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment, by providing individualised coaching and support to learners with identified barriers to learning, using a range of support models.
Strong team values, a desire to innovate within the learning experience, and the ability to adapt flexibly to the changing needs of learners are essential. Support will take place in different learning environments including 1:1, small groups, and occasional support within the classroom.
