Job summary

Williams Lea is seeking a Studio Traffic and Resource Manager to oversee planning, allocation, and flow of creative work across our busy in-house studio environment. You will manage resource capacity, prioritisation, workflow, and delivery timelines across multidisciplinary teams to meet client needs.

This role collaborates with Project Management, Client Services, Creative and Production to optimise efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Creative Studio environment within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency in a similar role.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital, print, presentations, video, editing and motion graphics.
• Advanced knowledge of resource management, capacity planning, scheduling, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, allocation, and optimisation of creative resources across multiple clients, projects, and channels.
• Coordinate project workflow from brief through to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain visibility of studio capacity, utilisation, workload forecasts, and project status.
• Act as central point of contact for studio scheduling and prioritisation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
