Job summary

Whippet London is a creative agency seeking a Creative Services Manager to oversee resource planning across our 45-strong studio. You’ll coordinate creative workloads from briefing through to production, ensure on-time delivery and maintain productive relationships with project leads, copywriters and account directors.

The role requires 5+ years in creative resource management, familiarity with resourcing software, and a track record of developing systems that improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative resource management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial status reporting.
• Familiar with resourcing software and workflow systems.
• Proven ability to improve delivery through processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and control creative resource allocation across all studio projects.
• Manage daily production schedules and work closely with project leads throughout production.
• Source and engage with external partners, contractors, and freelancers where necessary.
• Develop and elevate our existing workflow processes and traffic management software.
• Build strong relationships across the studio.
• Regularly meet with teams to ensure projects are running to scheduled timelines.
• Take the lead in championing best practices with project filing and resource allocation procedures.
• Actively seek updates from across the studio on project status.
• Assist with identifying skills gaps and allocate the relevant resources on projects.
• Maintain and develop our freelance database.
