Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking a meticulous Resourcing & Traffic professional to join the FinOps Team in London. You will own day-to-day resourcing, keep Projectworks clean, manage freelance talent, and ensure the right people are on the right projects across London and New York.

You’ll run weekly resourcing meetings, balance workloads across time zones, and provide regular project burn updates to Creative Leads and PMs. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Traffic or Resource Management in a creative/agency setting.
• Experience resourcing down to the hour in Projectworks, Smartsheet or Float.
• Meticulous data accuracy and ability to spot errors.
• Calm under changing plans and quick to adapt.
• Experience managing freelancers and a creative network.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day traffic and resource allocation for a global billable team in London and New York.
• Maintain real-time capacity vs. project demand in Projectworks.
• Negotiate competing demands between leaders and find workable solutions.
• Lead weekly resourcing meetings to resolve clashes and set priorities.
• Re-plan resourcing quickly when deadlines or scope change.
• Allocate new opportunities to shadow resources at proposal stage.
• Update pencilled bookings to confirmed bookings as projects win.
• Keep project timelines and resourcing up to date with PMs.
• Provide regular burn updates to Creative Leads and PMs.
• Balance workload based on skills, targets and availability.
