Uncovered Group is a London-based, award-winning social-first creative agency founded in 2017. The Resource Manager will balance capacity across accounts and campaigns, partnering with Creative, Design, Production, Client Partnerships and Leadership to keep work moving from brief to delivery.

The role emphasizes scheduling, capacity planning, and maintaining our systems (Float, Asana) as the single source of truth, with a focus on wellbeing and efficient processes in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agency resource management, traffic, or creative operations.
• Hands-on experience with resource and project management platforms (Float, Forecast, Monday.com, Asana).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to balance deadlines with creative delivery.
• Ability to balance quick-turnaround work with long-term roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling to balance capacity, skill sets and priorities.
• Collaborate with Creative, Design, Production, Client Partnerships and Leadership.
• Maintain Float and Asana as the single source of truth for workload and demand.
• Forecast upcoming projects, account growth and new business needs.
• Refine workflows to protect team wellbeing and optimize throughput.
