VodafoneThree’s Traffic & Resource Manager sits in Generation - VodafoneThree's in-house creative agency, overseeing scheduling, allocation and optimization of agency resources across a high-volume portfolio of creative work. You’ll balance delivery priorities, team capacity and deadlines across brands and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic, workflow, and resource management within an in-house creative or marketing environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritise allocation across multiple concurrent projects and demands.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day resource planning and allocation for live and upcoming projects across creative teams.
• Manage workflow and traffic processes, ensuring priorities are met and progress is visible.
• Monitor capacity and forecast demand, proposing actions when demand exceeds capacity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, creatives and operations to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
• Produce regular reporting on resource allocation, capacity and delivery risks.
