Job summary

MCCGLC Ltd in Shoreditch, East London, is seeking a Studio Manager to join the Operations team. You will traffic workload across the studio’s 3D, graphic, content and video departments and help assemble multi-disciplinary pitch teams at short notice.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will build delivery timelines, support the project lifecycle from brief to delivery, oversee resources and freelance onboarding, and ensure timely client delivery while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Traffic/Studio/Creative Services Management environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Full-time, office-based role in Shoreditch studio with core hours 10am-4pm.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Traffic the flow of work across the studio and allocate to departments (3D, Graphic, Content, Video).
• Assemble multi-disciplinary pitch teams on short notice.
• Build delivery timelines with Project Management and Creative teams.
• Support the project lifecycle from client brief to delivery.
• Oversee resources and freelance onboarding for timely delivery.
• Own the sign-off process with stakeholders before work leaves the agency.
• Forecast future resource needs in collaboration with the COO.
