MCCGLC Ltd in Shoreditch, East London, is seeking a Studio Manager to join the Operations team. You will traffic workload across the studio’s 3D, graphic, content and video departments and help assemble multi-disciplinary pitch teams at short notice.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will build delivery timelines, support the project lifecycle from brief to delivery, oversee resources and freelance onboarding, and ensure timely client delivery while maintaining high quality.

We are now seeking a Studio Manager.
The Studio Manager role will be pivotal within mccglc and the role is one that doesn’t currently exist, so the successful candidate will be willing to take on challenges, be self-motivated, innovative and passionate about the process.
To be the right candidate you should have previous experience gained in a traffic, studio, production or creative services role and be confident to deal with all workflow management across multiple mediums. You will also be looking for a role where you can better understand how an agency works and gain operations experience.
This role sits within the Operations team and you would report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
This is a full-time role with a 6-month probation period.
