Job summary

MyEdSpace is seeking a Studio Manager to own the studio's intake, scheduling, and workload across design and edit teams. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and Copy Lead to ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and capacity risks are managed.

This 12-month contract role focuses on operations, process improvement, and maintaining SLAs while supporting a high-velocity creative environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, traffic, or studio management role coordinating a multi-person creative or production team.
• Comfortable owning a project management tool (Asana or equivalent) as the single source of truth.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake of all work requests into the studio via workload management tool.
• Manage volume and prioritisation of work across design and edit teams, balancing capacity against deadlines.
• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, chasing requirements and managing expectations.
• Post briefs to editors and designers using direction from Creative Lead and Copy Lead.
• Track delivery against deadlines and flag capacity risk early, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain the studio's operating model, briefs, QC and SLAs, adapting to volume changes.
• Run weekly rhythm: mid-week check-ins, end-of-week priorities meeting, and Monday briefs for the team including freelancers.
