Job summary

TRO is seeking a highly organised Traffic Manager to cover maternity leave starting in October. You will oversee the flow of work through the studio, coordinating resources across creative, design and production to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality campaigns.

Working closely with Client Services, Creative, Design, Production and Project Management, you will optimise workloads, monitor capacity and provide clear updates on project progress, ensuring efficient delivery of experiential

Qualifications

• Experience as Traffic Manager, Resource Manager or Studio Manager in a creative/experiential setting.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio resource allocation across creative, design and artwork.
• Monitor capacity, utilisation and availability; assign resources accordingly.
• Communicate timelines and priorities to stakeholders; escalate risks and bottlenecks.
• Own the studio workflow and project scheduling; prioritise by deadlines and client needs.
• Support freelance bookings and external resource management when required.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and progress updates.
