Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd is representing a Studio/Operations Manager role in Shoreditch, Central London. The role requires maturity, resilience and exceptional people-management skills to support the Artist/Director across a diverse portfolio of commercial, philanthropic and personal activities.

Reporting to the Artist/Director, you will run the day-to-day studio and office, coordinating staff, contractors and advisers, and translating priorities into concrete actions in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio and office operations.
• Coordinate a network of employees, freelancers, contractors and advisers.
• Act as a trusted operational liaison between the Artist/Director and external organisations.
• Provide structure and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers and advisers.
• Maintain accurate records and archives.
