Job summary

NEXT Wholly Owned Brands is seeking a Studio Technical Coordinator for our on-site studio team in London. The role supports Mac users, manages studio systems and image workflows, and ensures downtime is minimised.

You will work with the Technical Lead to maintain equipment, SOPs, and disaster recovery strategies. Responsibilities include hardware/software maintenance, asset inventory, and supporting production schedules across photography teams, with potential to cover flexible hours and

Qualifications

Solid technical aptitude in a fast-paced photographic studio.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop support for Mac users in the studio.
Oversee end-to-end image workflows in the studio and ensure adherence to image guidelines.
Maintain Disaster Recovery strategies and produce technical reporting for senior management.
Manage inventory of photography, lighting, and IT equipment and implement SOPs.
Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resource allocation for studio operations.
Support Studio Floor Assistants and deputise for the Studio Manager on technical issues.
Stay updated with digital technologies and recommend upgrades.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks to minimise downtime and streamline workflows.
