Job summary

Future is looking for a Post-Production Manager to lead the day-to-day post-production workflow in our London team. You will oversee editors and freelance post specialists to ensure shoots move smoothly to finished assets that meet editorial and brand standards.

You will drive scheduling, resourcing, and quality control across multiple projects, manage feedback and approvals, and coordinate between creative, production, and brand teams to keep work on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in post-production leadership roles within media/creative environments.
  • Hands-on understanding of editing, grading, sound and motion graphics.
  • Experience managing in-house editors and freelance post resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the post-production pipeline.
  • Ensure footage moves from shoot to finished asset smoothly.
  • Manage schedule, resourcing, and quality across editors and freelancers.
  • Keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with editorial/brand standards.
  • Lead people, processes, and deadlines in a hands-on role.
  • Coordinate feedback and approvals, keeping revisions organized.
  • Liaise between creative, production, and brand teams.
