Job summary

ALO in London is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's guest experience and drive sales targets. You will partner with the General Manager to develop and implement the Sales & Service strategy, coach the team, and elevate talent while representing the brand in daily operations.

You will oversee scheduling, performance feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional service, efficient store operations, and strong business results in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor; identify gaps through feedback and coaching.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and execute the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Represent the business in meetings, monitor budget and key metrics, and inform planning processes.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure open/close/weekend coverage while coaching and developing the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support store-level goals and brand culture.
