Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through expert Visual Merchandising in close collaboration with the Management Team in Greater London. The role requires hands-on movement on the sales floor and back of house, with leadership over visual direction, inventory, and floor sets.

You will partner with Operations to optimize budgets and staff performance. The Visual Lead will coach Associates, monitor metrics, and ensure high standards of presentation, guest experience, and store

Responsibilities

Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
Maintains product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock, and visual changes with Visual Manager.
Plans visual floor changes with payroll management and adapts zones to business needs.
Executes visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
Uses reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
