Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through expert Visual Merchandising in close collaboration with the Management Team in Greater London. The role requires hands-on movement on the sales floor and back of house, with leadership over visual direction, inventory, and floor sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintains product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock, and visual changes with Visual Manager.
• Plans visual floor changes with payroll management and adapts zones to business needs.
• Executes visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Uses reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
